Return Policy Overview
This return policy has been developed based on current legislation and may be updated without prior notice.
Free Resolution Period and Returns
The customer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs (other than the cost of returning the product(s)) and without the need to indicate the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer (excluding the carrier) physically acquires possession of the product(s).
Therefore, in the case of exercising the right of free resolution, any purchase made in the store can be returned within the 14-day limit after being received. After this period, it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange for the item(s).
If the customer wishes to exercise the right of contract resolution, they should fill out and submit any unequivocal statement of contract resolution. Within the above-mentioned period, the customer can request the Free Resolution form through contact with the store or explicitly indicate, via email at geral@bestland.pt, the intention to resolve the contract.
The email contact should include the following details:
- Recipient's name;
- Phone/mobile contact;
- Order number;
- Order date;
- Order reception date;
- Number of products and/or services purchased.
Upon receiving the contract resolution request, a response will be provided as soon as possible to expedite and schedule the collection of the purchased product(s).
Conditions for Return
For a purchase to be eligible for return, the acquired items must be in the same condition as when delivered. It is also necessary for them to be returned in the original packaging and without signs of improper use or mishandling.
Perishable products cannot be returned. Examples include food items, flowers, newspapers, and magazines.
The return should always be made to the merchant and never to the supplier of the products and/or services.
Documentation
For the return process to be completed, it is necessary to include the purchase invoice, proof of payment, and the return form.
Refund
The refund of the product(s) value, as well as delivery costs, will be total within 14 days from the date we are informed of the decision of free resolution.
Bestland is not obliged to refund additional return costs for a collection method of the product(s) that is different and more costly than the one presented by us. In the case of the customer-requested collection of the product(s) by Bestland, the refund process will begin after the proper reception of the product(s). The customer will be notified by geral@bestland.pt regarding this process.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and the customer will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
If you do not receive the refund within the specified period, please check your bank account again. If you still do not confirm the deposit, contact your bank manager. If there is still no feedback, contact the bank. After these steps, you can contact us at +351 917111973.
Exchanges
An item exchange is only accepted when the order is defective, incomplete, incorrect, or damaged due to the act of delivery. If you want to exchange an item, please contact us by email at the following address: {email}.
The item must be sent to the following address:

Gifts
If the item was a gift, it will only be accepted for exchange with the presentation of the respective gift receipt.
Shipping Costs
The initially paid shipping costs will be included in the refunded amount, as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree-Law No. 24/2014.
If the customer wants a collection method different from the one defined by Bestland, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs related to the return of the product to the store, whether for return or exchange purposes.
We cannot guarantee that the items are returned or arrive in the same condition as when they are sent.
International Returns
In the case of an order delivered abroad, the return process is based on the conditions mentioned above.
